Washington State joins Western States Pact to Review Coronavirus Vaccines
Governor Inslee announced today that Washington State will be reviewing potential Coronavirus vaccines as part of the Western States Pact which includes Washington, Oregon, California, Colorado and Nevada.
The Governor stated this added layer of expert review will help give Washingtonians more assurance and greater confidence that a vaccine is viable, safe and effective.
According to the Governor, the current challenge in getting the virus under control is encouraging more people to wear masks around those who are not part of their households, even with outside guests in their own homes.
We encourage you to watch the full conference recorded earlier today at 10:30am/PT on TVW.
