Israel Serna is a creative and dynamic marketer with a passion for helping small businesses. Connecting the dots between sales and marketing is his specialty. He's spent the last 15 years working in various roles within the public and private sectors, across various industries—including the Small Business Development Center (SBDC), the Specialty Coffee Association, Constant Contact and other eCommerce Software as a Service (SaaS) companies, while serving several multicultural communities along the way.

Marcos is the Founder and President of the Seattle Latino Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce; launched in 2016 to serve business owners and independent professionals. The nonprofit was conceived as a grassroots organization. In its first year of operations the nonprofit singed blue chip level corporate members as: Coca-Cola Co. Google, US Bank, Delta – Aero Mexico, Facebook and Boeing.
As well, he has International experience developing new ventures and executing award winning programs and business strategies for Fortune 500 companies and government.
