My DOR upgrade
The Department of Revenue recently upgraded its online Business Licensing and Tax system, My DOR. This upgrade introduced a:
- More mobile-friendly look and feel (take a peek!)
- New action items list that directs your attention to important tasks specific to your account
- New self-service option to set up a payment plan
We have also heard your feedback about the upgrade. As a result, we are currently making usability improvements for high volume tax filers and working to improve print options for the business license.
To help all our customers become more familiar with My DOR, we have been hosting a series of free live webinars. Only a few webinars are left, so sign up now! Continuing education credit is also available. For more information, including a complete schedule, visit dor.wa.gov/myDORwebinars
